Shipping Answers, Color Answers and Goodies Oh My!

Good day Sondors eBike Backers!

Before we get to the goodies (of course there’s nothing to keep you from skipping ahead!) … there are a few of the same questions being asked so we thought we’d put them all in one place for you:

Q) I already paid for shipping, extra battery (or two), pay later, but my email says “N/A”!

A) No problem at all. There are a few reasons why this may happen, but the biggest is different email addresses. Email us at info@gosondors.com and we’ll take care of it.

Q) I emailed info@gosondors.com and haven’t received a reply yet. Should I send another email?

A) No, do not send another email. We’re going through each email and will get to yours asap!

Q) I still haven’t received my email, what’s up?

A) It’s most likely due to an error in the email address on file, spam system or our dog Daisy might have eaten it. She gets very hungry. Simply email us at info@gosondors.com and we’ll take care of you!

Q) If I don’t pay for shipping by Saturday is it true I won’t get my bike ever, like ever ever?

A) False. We want EVERYONE to get there bike ASAP! If you can’t pay by Saturday it just means you won’t be included in your original wave until you pay for shipping.

Q) I want a pink bike with leopard print rims … is that cool?

A) Well, it maybe “cool” but we are only offering the current color selections that were in the email. Of course, we’re always on the look out for future color options!

Q) Are there group discounts for shipping when buying multiple bikes?

A) No, each bike is shipped individually so needs to shipping needs to be paid for individually for each bike.

Q) I have my own shipping account and can get a better rate, can I use that instead?

A) No. Logistically, this would be very difficult to keep everything on track for shipping. All bikes will be shipped through the same carrier.

Q) Can we have more free goodies?

A) YES, see below!
