We want to report that after many months of navigating various public agencies to ensure we are meeting all legal delivery requirements, we are in the final stages of the process. This is not soon enough for you or us, but we are very close.
We anticipate final review and approval over the coming weeks, which will allow us to start delivering all MetaCycle colorways nationwide to first and second round reservation holders.
In order to deliver most paid-in-full MetaCycle orders in Q4 2022, we’ve secured a logistic partner that can support a rate of 50-100 MetaCycle deliveries per day.
In a very short time we will be providing you with your VIN number, delivery window and carrier information which we know has been eagerly anticipated. At the same time, we will be asking that you confirm your delivery address details.
As mentioned in our last update, we’ve been making significant improvements internally at SONDORS to ensure we can meet the demands that our expanded business has created. We have been rapidly building out our customer service, internal logistics, quality control, service engineering, shipping and inventory management teams.
We want to acknowledge the frustration many of you are experiencing due to the longer-than-anticipated wait for MetaCycle. We are working tirelessly to make this right.
