Hi SONDORS Family,
We are very excited to announce that we started shipping MetaCycle nationwide today!
Delivery Process
To prepare you and your MetaCycle for delivery, here’s what you can expect over the days and weeks ahead.
Once the paperwork, prep & final destination fee has been paid, you’ll receive an email with a request to confirm or update your shipping address. Someone from the SONDORS team may also reach out to you via phone or text to confirm your delivery address.
After you’ve confirmed your address, we’ll send a follow-up email with additional details and the time window when your MetaCycle will be picked up by our logistics partner and information to help you register your MetaCycle.
Our logistics partner will then contact you directly to schedule your delivery window. Please note, once your delivery date is scheduled, you (or a designated individual) must plan to be available to accept your delivery.
As your delivery date approaches, we’ll ship your Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO) and your Bill of Sale. From there, it will be a short wait until your MetaCycle arrives!*
