What is your return policy?

Once your SONDORS box has been opened and unpacked, we can not accept it as a return. SONDORS is unable to sell “used and/or opened” products as they are no longer guaranteed as mechanically sound for consumer use after they've been assembled, ridden (or not), disassembled, re-packed, shipped again.

Your refund will be the price paid less the actual cost of shipping both ways plus 10% restocking fee.
Note: If packaging is found to have been opened, the restocking fee will be 25%.
