You will receive your MetaCycle fully-assembled and ready to ride. SONDORS recommends that you completely familiarize yourself with MetaCycle before riding.
Yes. MetaCycle is a Department of Transportation approved street vehicle, and it will have a VIN. SONDORS will provide a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) and the necessary documents for registration with your local government. Riders will also be required to have a motorcycle license and proper insurance coverage.
These components are necessary to make MetaCycle fully street legal. If you choose to remove or replace them, you’ll be doing so at your own risk.
Yes, a tool kit is included for the battery cover and the battery release.

MetaCycle runs safely in the rain. The motor is rated IP67 water resistant and the battery is well sealed for this purpose.
MetaCycle comes with a wireless key fob. You can press the lock button on the key fob to arm your MetaCycle. When armed, an alarm will if sound anyone touches or moves MetaCycle. Simply press the unlock button to disarm.

The maximum climbable slope for the MetaCycle is a 15 degree incline.
SONDORS offers a transferable warranty with 1 year for the overall product and 2 years for the battery and supporting systems.
